Teifi View Cottage has SPECTACULAR VIEWS across the Teifi valley. The comfortable, recently refurbished three bedroom cottage has beamed ceilings and is situated on the edge of woodland in an idyllic rural location with many local walks.

The holiday cottage
The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people and
has central heating throughout.
The lounge has a wood burning stove, TV, DVD, and radio/CD player. All
three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor and have fine views
across the valley. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the
second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a single bed.
The bathroom has a full size bath, toilet and washbasin. All bed linen is supplied, towels are available by arrangement.
Holiday Cottage Facilities
There is a separate dining room off the lounge with seating for six; this leads into a modern kitchen with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, table and chairs.
A washing machine is situated in the cloakroom and there is a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.
The Garden
Outside, the garden area is a suntrap, with picnic bench and barbeque and fabulous views across the valley.
All fuel except logs is included in the price. Sorry but no smoking is permitted in the cottage, and we do not accept pets.
The owner's
house is next door and there is plenty of parking.
Cardigan
Bay Heritage Coast, just 15 minutes drive away offers safe bathing and surfing
and there is a good chance of seeing seals and dolphins.
The beaches and villages of Pembrokeshire are within easy reach as are the Preseli Hills and the Cambrian Mountains. The cottage is ideally situated for bird watching, walking, canoeing, fishing, riding, and golfing or for just getting away from it all.
Teifi View Cottage is located 1 mile from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and 10 miles from the historic town of Cardigan with its theatre, cinema and shops.
